Gestalt therapy

Gestalt therapy is a form of humanistic, holistic, person-centered psychotherapy that seeks to develop human potential and personal growth.

This approach emphasizes the importance of self-responsibility and focuses on the individual’s experience in the present moment, the therapist-patient relationship, and the environmental and social contexts of each person’s life.
